Mining lives in the Lumbridge Castle cellar. Grab the bronze pickaxe that respawns on the floor when you enter, then click "Mine" - rocks never deplete and you auto-mine until your pack is full.
Ore Level XP Copper / Tin / Clay 1 17.5 / 17.5 / 5 Iron 15 35 Silver 20 40 Coal 30 50 Gold 40 65 Mithril 55 80 Adamant 70 95 Rune 85 125 Amethyst 92 240 Layout: low/mid rocks on the south wall, high-tier (mith→amethyst) on the east wall, the furnace on the west wall, anvils to the north - so you can mine → smelt → smith in one room.
