How do I make money early? Goblins, war contracts from Vannaka, and mining/smithing into the Supply Depot. See Best Early Money-Makers.

How do I rank up? Earn coins, then buy ranks from Duke Horacio in the castle. Ranks gate armour and unlock the war.

How do I start the war / raid bosses? Reach Lord (2M) for boss raids, Minister for campaigns, King for conquest.
